Frequently asked questions

What does the thermostat do?

It maintains the set water temperature, even if the water pressure or temperature in the mains changes, for a comfortable and safe shower.

What do 2 or 3 outlets mean?

The switch directs water to each outlet one at a time: for example, the shower head and hand shower (2 outlets) or the shower head, hand shower, and side jets or bath spout (3 outlets). Choose the number of outlets from the menu.

Do I need the concealed body?

Yes, it is mandatory for a new installation. Choose “Complete set with concealed body”. The “External part only” option is only for those who already have the Treemme concealed body installed in the wall.

How is it installed?

Installation is carried out by a plumber. For concealed models, the body is built into the wall before tiling, and the external part is installed at the end.
