Orders placed on ideacasa-shop.ro can be paid for as follows:
- Cash on delivery* – in cash, upon delivery of the order.
- Online card payment – through the store's secure payment system (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Bank transfer** – based on a proforma invoice issued after the order is confirmed.
* Certain products may require advance payment, as they are delivered by specialized carriers that do not offer cash on delivery (for example, freestanding bathtubs, tiles, sanitary ware, and bathroom furniture delivered in large quantities). In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email with all the details.
** Delivery is made after payment of the order's value.
Note: in accordance with current legislation, cash payments are limited (individuals: maximum 10,000 lei; legal entities: maximum 5,000 lei). For orders exceeding these amounts, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
