Delivery Time
- Products available in stock: 24–72 hours from order confirmation.
- Products ordered from manufacturers in Italy and Spain (bathroom furniture, bathtubs, sanitary ware, floor and wall tiles, optional finishes): usually between 2 and 6 weeks.
After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the availability and exact delivery time for each product.
Delivery Methods
Express courier – for compatible products within the coverage area of our partner couriers. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Fragile products – packages containing sanitary ware, bathroom furniture, bathtubs, and shower enclosures are shipped exclusively by courier or carrier with the "Open upon delivery" option, allowing you to inspect the products upon receipt. Signing the delivery documents means you accept the product as intact. Additional fees may apply for destinations outside the standard courier area.
If delivery is made by a specialized carrier that does not allow opening upon delivery, any damage must be reported within 1 hour of receipt.
Bulky products – products delivered on a pallet or weighing over 20 kg are delivered to the specified address, without transport into the apartment or house.
Floor and wall tiles – shipped on pallets anywhere in the country. The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight, and number of pallets, and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation. For safety reasons, ceramic tiles are not shipped by express courier. Small orders that do not justify a pallet can be picked up from our headquarters at a mutually agreed time.
