Return within 14 calendar days
Individuals who purchase products from ideacasa-shop.ro may withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
1. Complete the return form
Complete the return form with: the name under which the order was placed, email address, phone number, order or invoice number, the returned product, and the bank account (IBAN and bank) to which you would like the refund.
2. Prepare the package and send it to us
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged box, with all accessories, the warranty certificate, and a copy of the invoice, properly packed in another box. The product must be sent within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the buyer, in accordance with the law.

When handing the package to the courier, write the order or invoice number on the package.
3. We will refund your money
We will refund the value of the products within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal, but not before the product physically reaches us. The refund will only be made to the account of the person in whose name the invoice was issued.
Responsibility for the condition of the product
In accordance with Art. 20 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the risk of damage or loss of the product is transferred to the consumer at the moment when they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the products.
Packages delivered with the "Open upon delivery" option and received against signature can no longer be returned due to damage. By checking the package, the consumer confirms the integrity of the product upon delivery. If a returned product shows damage, the refunded amount will be reduced by the value of the damage.
Legal provisions
In accordance with Art. 9 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sold, with all accessories, manuals, and the warranty certificate (original), in the original undamaged box.
Important
Products damaged due to the buyer's fault, those that have been opened, or with replaced parts cannot be returned. In accordance with Art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- products made according to the consumer's specifications or customized at their request (for example, bathroom furniture configured, finishes, or custom dimensions);
- products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or deteriorate rapidly;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed.
